With huge card draw, lifegain, solid amount of sweepers and deadly planeswalkers - we can control the game, while also being extremely resitant to aggro (even if they are on play).

If you are playing against control decks a lot - consider adding 2-3 mirrex, I preferred to improve my matchup vs aggro (so basics, for Lay down arms) ;)
