Today we are revisiting a budget deck we made called "Budget Birds" and seeing how we can upgrade it! The nonland rares we added to this list are [[Skrelv, Defector Mite]], [[Reckoner Bankbuster]], [[Fateful Absence]], and [[Steel Seraph]]. [[Reckoner Bankbuster]] amps up our ability to draw cards while also serving as a great vehicle to crew with [[Steel Seraph]] which also give the bankbuster flying, lifelink, or vigilance. [[Skrelv, Defector Mite]] is another cheap artifact creature to play which can also protect our board with it's tap ability. Lastly, [[Fateful Absence]] acts condition free removal for creatures and planeswalkers our opponents might play.
