Selesnya Toxic was a very competitive tier 1 deck when Phyrexia first released, and many of the key pieces are actually common/uncommon! While we have to cut a few powerful cards like Venerated Rot Priest and Bloated Contaminator - we can still get a solid GW Toxic deck going for very cheap.
