Can a 0 Rare Deck Win on MTG Arena in Historic?

I said on stream recently that I didn't think 0 rare decks could consistently compete on MTG Arena, and doubly so in HIstoric - Arena's Vintage format - but viewers are sending my decks to prove me wrong. So today we're going to play a zero rare Shrapnel Blast burn deck and see what happens!
