Dimir Faeries are back in Standard. We use cheap flying threats early and play the tempo game to deny our opponent from building out their board until the game is done!
There are a few ways to build faeries, but this is the best one I've tested. I took out some of the discard and replaced it with Winged Portent and the ever powerful Sheoldred, the Apocalypse (though not a faerie, come on, it wins)
