MTG Tarkir Dragonstorm is releasing soon and we are participating in the streamer early access event. We played a bunch of MTG Standard Best of One testing out the new cards, including Ugin Eye of the Storms. We played it in a mostly colorless artifact ramp shell, leverage white for some interaction. Any time Ugin was cast it completely took over the game. This card seems like a scary threat in Modern where you can cast it on turn 3 in tron. Let me know if you think Ugin has what it takes to be the next Standard tier 1 deck.
