Abzan Dino Surprise | OTJ Standard | MTG Arena

Today we are playing a deck built around the [[Smuggler's Surprise]] looking to cheat in big creatures like the new dinosaur [[Vaultborn Tyrant]]. [[Pillage the Bog]] is an awesome card for finding cards we need in the deck. [[Outcaster Trailblazer]] gives us some "ramp" and card draw to power up our hand after dumping creatures onto the battlefield. [[Spinewoods Armadillo]] is a secret all-star in the deck as it helps us keep finding land drops, gain life, and serves as a massive body to drop onto the field. [[Surrak and Goreclaw]] gives creatures trample and sometimes haste which can allow us to surprise attack our opponent on our turn instead of waiting until the opponents turn to cast [[Smuggler's Surprise]]. [[Vaultborn Tyrant]] is an absolute monster of a card because of it's ability to gain so much life and draw so many cards. Watch the video to see how the deck performs!

Check out my Untapped profile below and find the deck to see more about how it performed.

Phyrexian Explosion | MKM Standard | MTG Arena

Today we are playing a deck built around the new sweeper [[Ill-Timed Explosion]] and it's interaction with cards like [[Phyrexian Vindicator]]. Together these cards allow us to throw massive amount of damage at our opponent if we discard big cards like [[Portal to Phyrexia]]. Since we are already planning to discard big cards into our graveyard we are also playing [[Invoke Justice]] to return these massive cards to the board for a big advantage. The last fun trick this deck has up it's sleeve is [[Heartflame Duelist]] which can give our damage sweepers lifelink allowing us to gain massive amounts of life. Enjoy!

Grixis Back From Death | MKM Standard | MTG Arena

Today we are trying to revive grixis midrange back from death. Grixis was a popular color pairing in the meta a while ago but now hardly shows up. The plan we came up for grixis midrange is and in the power of combo. We are playing the new [[Conspiracy Unraveler]], [[Breach the Multiverse]], and [[Repository Skaab]] combo. With these cards we can mill our opponents deck completely out. However, unlike the dimir [[Reenact the Crime]] versions of the combo we are happy to play longer games and grind value from our cards. [[Deadly Cover-Up]] is new sweeper which is quite nice for controlling the board. We are playing mostly instant and sorceries so [[Repository Skaab]] along with [[Virtue of Persistence]] can allow us to loop the same cards over and over again for value. We finish the game with the combo.

Check out my Untapped profile below and find the deck to see more about how it performed.

Grixis Dragons | MKM Standard | MTG Arena

Today we are trying out Grixis Dragons, well sort of. The decklist is mostly red but splashes blue for [[Sarkhan, Soul Aflame]], [[Slip Out the Back]], and [[Ill-Timed Explosion]], and splashes black for [[Rivaz of the Claw]]. Both [[Sarkhan, Soul Alfame]] and [[Rivaz of the Claw]] are insanely strong dragon support pieces which help to lead some powerful dragons being played on turn 4. [[Invasion of Tarkir]] and in particular its flipped face [[Defiant Thundermaw]] is best dragon in deck because of it's powerful ability which can be doubled with [[Roaming Throne]] to roast down our opponent. We are playing burn spells to help flip the invasion while also act as removal. [[Incinerator of the Guilty]] is a new dragon to standard and functions as nice top end which can [[Sarkhan, Soul Aflame]] can copy for immediate value. This makes it's board sweeping ability much more powerful since it can basically attack as if it had haste!

This deck was based on @HelloGoodGame's dragons decks.

Boros Spellslinger | MKM Standard | MTG Arena

Today we are trying to break [[Expedited Inheritance]] in a standard boros spellslinger deck by using it in conjunction with [[Urabrask]] and [[Monastery Mentor]] or [[Pia Nalaar, Consul of Revival]]. Altogether these cards allow us to repeatedly hit our own creatures for card advantage as Mentor/Pia makes new creatures to hit and Urabrask provides the mana. [[Urabrask]] will slowly ping down our opponents life total and once we have enough [[Play with Fire]]s and [[Shock]]s exiled with [[Expedited Inheritance]] we can direct our damage to opponent to finish them off. [[Urabrask]] can also flip into [[The Great Work]] to do the final 3 damage to our opponent or just provide value through the last saga chapter so we can cast spells from graveyards. [[Ancestral Anger]] is included so if we make a large [[Monastery Mentor]] we can give it trample to attack in. [[Reckless Impulse]] and [[Wrenn's Resolve]] allow us to activate [[Pia Nalaar, Consul of Revival]] and find important cards.

Today we are going aggro with Naya Humans. We are looking to pop off with [[Anim Pakal, Thousandth Moon]] and [[Adeline, Resplendent Cathar]] and close out games before our opponents find an answer to our board. [[Sharp-Eyed Rookie]] is a new human card which can grow into a large vigilant threat while making clues for card draw. [[Thalia, Guardian of Thraben]] is in the deck as a nice first striking threat and to slow down any sweepers our opponents would want to cast. Watch the video to see even more synergies in action!

Check out my Untapped profile below and find the deck to see more about how it performed.

Jeskai Extra Turns | MKM Standard | MTG Arena

Today we are playing more of my favorite planeswalker in standard, [[Chandra, Hope's Beacon]]. Playing in a Jeskai control shell with the new [[No More Lies]] and [[Lightning Helix]] the plan is to win with [[Light Up the Night]] or extra turns from [[Alchemist's Gambit]]. Watch out though, [[Memory Deluge]] does not copy with Chandra because of its mana spent phrasing.

This deck is my attempt revisit my Izzet Extra Turns deck and fix the problem off getting burned out too quickly by shifting to Jeskai. Link to my Izzet Extra Turns deck: https://youtu.be/fhaUz9IlSi0

Creatureless War | MKM Standard | MTG Arena

Today I show off probably the worst way to play [[Warleader's Call]] by playing it as jeskai superfriends card. Basically I made a creatureless war deck (ignoring the two Monastery Mentors). The plan is to control the board and survive until we can stick a planeswalker using sweepers. The planeswalkers and our [[White Sun's Twilight]] can make a bunch of tokens which get pumped by [[Warleader's Call]] and cause our opponent to damage. We never need to swing in with our creatures thanks to the direct damage offered from [[Warleader's Call]] and we can instead use them to defend our walkers if needed.

Check out my Untapped profile below and find the deck to see more about how it performed.

Jund Fling | MKM Standard | MTG Arena

Today we are flinging in Jund colors (black, red, green) with the help of [[The Skullspore Nexus]]. Yeah that's pretty much it. It's strange but it seems to work (I am 12-7 with the deck). I played kind of poorly in the video and probably could have won against the boros deck if I swung at 42:29, and I also missed lethal at 34:01. I could have played the [[Voldaren Thrillseeker]] and flung since I had the [[Citanul Stalwart]] mana. I think the [[Courier's Briefcase]] is okay in the deck but I could see arguments being made for changing up the number of them or replacing them as well as adjusting the number of [[Fight Rigging]]s.

Check out my Untapped profile below and find the deck to see more about how it performed.

Chandra's Mind | MKM Standard | MTG Arena

Today we are playing more of my favorite planeswalker, [[Chandra, Hope's Beacon]], in standard. Making use of [[Ill-Timed Explosion]] and [[Intrude on the Mind]] the deck seeks to control the board while keeping up in card advantage, and then secure the wiin with [[Light Up the Night]] or extra turns from [[Alchemist's Gambit]]. [[Lier, Disciple of the Drowned]] is our back up powerhouse and gives us extra value from all the cards we will be tossing in our graveyard.

Lean Mean Green | MKM Standard | MTG Arena

Yo! Today we are commencing our regular set test to see if green is finally good. I am optimistic about this LEAN MEAN GREEN deck with the new additions of [[Flourishing Bloom-Kin]], [[Sharp-Eyed Rookie]], and [[Archdruid's Charm]]. This deck looks to go all out on cheap green creatures with abilities to grow rapidly like [[Evolving Adaptive]]. The new cards help a lot with this plan and enable us to make use of [[Feral Encounter]] better as we can more easily cast creatures we find with it since they are less expensive. I am not sure this exactly is the best green list, for instance, after testing it I would change [[Nissa, Ascended Animist]] out for another [[Archdruid's Charm]] to lower the average cost and increase the power and flexibility of the removal. Hope you enjoy the deck and like the video!

5C Human Throne | LCI Standard | MTG Arena

Today we are playing around with [[Roaming Throne]] in 5C Humans. The main build around for the deck is really [[Anim Pakal, Thousandth Moon]] which can go pretty crazy with [[Yotian Dissident]], [[Samut, Vizier of Naktamun]], and [[Halana and Alena, Partners]]. [[Roaming Throne]] cares about triggered abilities so some other fun humans that work well with it are [[Knight-Errant of Eos]] and [[Brutal Cathar]].

Check out my Untapped profile below and find the deck to see more about how it performed.

Mono Black Burn | LCI Standard | MTG Arena

Today we are trying mono black burn in standard with the help of [[Bloodletter of Aclazotz]] to double up the damage. [[Hopeless Nightmare]] and [[Okiba Reckoner Raid]] both make good burn spells as well as sacrifice fodder for our [[Beseech the Mirror]]s which can help find our [[Bloodletter of Aclazotz]] and [[Sheoldred, the Apocalypse]]. [[Corrupt]] is the late game plan to burn our opponents for massive damage. [[Blood Pact]] serves as card draw but also a back up burn spell especially if we have [[Sheoldred, the Apocalypse]] on the battlefield. [[Gix's Command]] is our insurance as it can try to sweep the board, pump a creature, or return them from the graveyard to hand.

Check out my Untapped profile below and find the deck to see more about how it performed.

Mass Reanimate | LCI Standard | MTG Arena

Today we are trying mass reanimate with [[Lich-Knight's Conquest]] with the help of the new cards [[Saheeli's Lattice]], [[Brass's Tunnel-Grinder]], and [[Terror Tide]]. The idea of the deck is to draw and discard using artifact or enchantment cards so that they can later be used for [[Lich-Knight's Conquest]]. [[Terror Tide]] is a nice new card for the deck because it works well as a sweeper since we will be filling our graveyard with so many permanents. [[The Cruelty of Gix]] is our backup reanimation spell which can also search our library for [[Lich-Knight's Conquest]].

Check out my Untapped profile below and find the deck to see more about how it performed.

Turn 3 Win Deck | LCI Standard | MTG Arena

Today we are going to try to win turn 3 in standard with this jund "Turn 3 Win" deck. This is all possible thanks to [[Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant]] which allows us to drop a bunch more creatures from our hand when reanimated. The turn 3 win requires [[Goldhound]] or [[Invasion of Ergamon]] in order to have 4 mana to reanimate on turn 3. The two 4 mana reanimation spells we are playing are [[Sheoldred's Restoration]] and [[Diregraf Rebirth]] which both end up being 4 mana if you sacrifice [[Goldhound]] for mana for [[Diregraf Rebirth]].

Today we are playing clerics with the addition of [[Amalia Benavides Aguirre]] and [[Preacher of the Schism]]. This deck is a bit of remix of the lifegain decks which have been popular with set release but with a cleric typal theme.

Crazy Dino Reanimator | LCI Standard (Early Access) | MTG Arena

THE DECK
The deck is centered around casting [[Breach the Multiverse]] as quickly as possible to get back all the biggest creatures like [[Kroxa and Kunoros]], [[Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant]], [[Etali, Primal Conqueror]], and [[Zopandrel, Hunger Dominus]].

[[Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant]] & [[Etali, Primal Conqueror]] are the only two dinos in the deck but they are not too hard to find with all the draw/discard and [[Breach the Multiverse]]. These dinos are great for reanimation because they provide a bunch of extra value from entering the battlefield. This means we can get even more than just 4 creatures on the board from our reanimation sequence.

This deck is a revised version of the quadruple reanimator deck I made a video on here https://youtu.be/04DMuN6jMNo?si=MA8CCnjkKIVYq1Wx (you'll have to highlight and copy the link into your browser if you want to check it out). In the video, I give a run down of how the quadruple reanimation happens at the beginning, but I'll also go over it here.

HOW TO QUADRUPLE REANIMATE
The ideal scenario for max reanimation involves having 2 cards in your graveyard and then casting [[Breach the Multiverse]]. Hopefully you find [[Kroxa and Kunoros]] in your graveyard and pick it. When [[Kroxa and Kunoros]] ETBs you reanimate another creature. Now in order to hit 4 creatures reanimated you need to be able to attack with [[Kroxa and Kunoros]] to get its reanimation trigger again. To give [[Kroxa and Kunoros]] haste you need to be able to activate [[Bitter Reunion]] or reanimate [[Keldon Strike Team]] which gives your whole team haste. That totals to 4 creatures reanimated: 1 from your graveyard with [[Breach the Multiverse]], 1 from your opponents graveyard with [[Breach the Multiverse]], 1 with [[Kroxa and Kunoros]] ETB, and 1 with [[Kroxa and Kunoros]] attack. (Graveyard size math: you exile 10 cards + reanimate 3 from your graveyard = 13 needed, which you can get with 2 before breach + 10 from breach + 1 is breach = 13 in graveyard).

NEW CARDS
[[Brass's Tunnel-Grinder]] is great for looting and filling your graveyard, and it should not be too hard to flip it to help ramp. It's not [[Fable of the Mirror-Breaker]] and a bit slow for ramping but definitely a worthy add for the great draw/discard and end-game plan.

[[Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant]] is awesome for reanimation because all those creatures that got stuck in your hand now can come down for free. This makes it easier to get [[Keldon Strike Team]] down for haste or [[Kroxa and Kunoros]] from your hand without casting or reanimating it. Also being a 12/12 is great for stampeding right over any blockers.

[[Bringer of the Last Gift]] is another nice add and a fun alternative to [[Breach the Multiverse]] but generally requires more setup and is slower at 8 mana, so that is why I only included 1 in the deck. Being a 6/6 flyer though makes it a good body for dealing damage.

Whatever fun cards you take from your opponent with [[Breach the Multiverse]] or [[Etali, Primal Conqueror]]! :P

Not Extinct Anymore!!! #magicthegathering #mtgarena #mtg #gaming

Chunky Fling! | LCI Standard (Early Access) | MTG Arena

Today we are playing a chunky fling deck in jund colors! We got 2 major new tools that help make this slapped together deck work. Those cards are [[Pugnacious Hammerskull]] and [[The Skullspore Nexus]]. [[Pugnacious Hammerskull]] is great because it's another 3 drop which can trigger [[Fight Rigging]], which we are playing to take advantage of the free spells and +1/+1 counters. [[The Skullspore Nexus]] is completely broken in this deck because when we get any of our big creatures to stick on the ground it is just 2-mana. Then with [[The Skullspore Nexus]] we can double the power of our creatures at instant speed. This helps with some cheeky attacks but also to buff our creatures before flinging them with either [[Burn Together]], [[Voldaren Thrillseeker]], [[Pyrrhic Blast]], or [[Ziatora, the Incinerator]]. Lastly, [[The Skullspore Nexus]] means whenever we fling our creature and it dies we get a massive Fungus Dino token with power and toughness equal to the power of the creature/s that died, so we can just keep on flinging!

Calendar Cannon | LCI Standard (Early Access) | MTG Arena

Today we are playing the Calendar Cannon! The goal is to use [[The Millennium Calendar]] to put a lot of counters on itself triggering [[All Will Be One]] to do a ton of damage! The rest of the deck is mostly permanent cards that get or enter with counters on them to also trigger [[All Will Be One]]. Everything is 5-mana value of less to it can be found with [[Storm the Festival]] to quickly assemble the pieces. [[Quintorius Kand]] is a great add to this deck as a super useful 5-mana 4-Loyalty walker which can find more cards using the -3 Discover 4 ability. Time to beam some opponents back into the stone age!

Naya Exile is GAS | LCI Standard (Early Access) | MTG Arena

Today we are playing the Naya exile deck you might have seen in standard before with [[Pia Nalaar, Consul of Revival]] which usually paired with some adventure cards and impulse draw. Well today we playing that deck but with some major upgrades thanks to [[Dusk Rose Reliquary]], [[Inti, Seneschal of the Sun]], [[Kellan, Daring Traveler]], [[Sanguine Evangelist]], and [[Quintorius Kand]]. We are also playing two copies of the new spell [[Get Lost]] to fit as flexible removal for whatever we might face. [[Kellan, Daring Traveler]], and [[Inti, Seneschal of the Sun]] are seriously powerful legendaries on their own but they both synergize heavily with this deck as [[Kellan, Daring Traveler]] will draw us tons of cards since we are playing mostly creatures with adventures and almost no spells, [[Kellan, Daring Traveler]] can also be cast from exile after adventuring, and [[Inti, Seneschal of the Sun]] can impulse draw and pump our flyers (note: Inti does not need to attack in itself to trigger!). This decks is a serious blast to play with how smooth it feels flinging several cheap spells at once or sifting through the deck. Overall that is why I think this naya exile deck is GAS.

Naya Gnome Smiths | LCI Standard (Early Access) | MTG Arena

Today we are playing a Naya artifact token deck built around [[Thousand Moons Smithy]]. This card be really strong especially if you flip it to the land side. The idea that I went for with this deck is having most of our creatures also create an artifact token when they enter so it will be easier to tapped 5 artifacts and/or creatures to turn the [[Thousand Moons Smithy]] in the land [[Barracks of the Thousand]]. The 3 other new cards we are playing are [[Dusk Rose Reliquary]] which can use the artifact tokens we have to remove opponents creatures and still leave an artifact behind, [[Sentinel of the Nameless City]] which it a great body that can continuously make map tokens, and last but certainly not least is [[Bonehoard Dracosaur]] which if it sticks around provides endless value while making treasure and dino tokens. [[Teething Wurmlet]] is a secret allstar in this deck as it can quickly grow to be a behemoth and gain a ton of life.

Gruul Fighting Dinos! | LCI Standard (Early Access) | MTG Arena

Today we are playing Gruul Dinosaurs with [[Fight Rigging]]! The idea is to ramp/fight rigging into cards like [[Trumpeting Carnosaur]], [[Etali, Primal Conqueror]], and [[Nissa, Ascended Animist]] as fast as possible with the help of some new cards. [[Glimpse the Core]] is a super ramp spell at only 2 mana. [[Ixalli's Lorekeeper]] allows us to ramp on 1 for our dinosaur based spells, which include [[Topiary Stomper]] a ramp staple and [[Hulking Raptor]] a new dinosaur which help us go from 4 mana to 6 if it sticks around. [[Pugnacious Hammerskull]] is in the deck as a great way to trigger [[Fight Rigging]] as soon as turn 3 and large body for getting in beats. Lastly, [[Cavern of Souls]] is a super nice addition to the deck as it ensures or dinos cannot get countered and fixes or mana.

Boros Prowess | WOE Standard | MTG Arena

Today we are going sort of aggro in boros. The plan it use the strong red aggro cards like [[Monastery Swiftspear]], [[Kumano Faces Kakkazan]], and [[Goddric, Cloaked Reveler]] to try beat down and then use [[Glass Casket]], [[Ossification]], and [[Heartflame Duelist]] as our spot removal. [[Tocasia's Welcome]] and [[Urabrask's Forge]] can help us keep going through sweepers and interaction, and [[Monastery Mentor]] can be a great card for rebuilding our board after a sweeper. [[Sunfall]] is our catch all removal for if the board gets out of hand. Lastly, [[Ardenvale Fealty]] is a spell that creates a creature and also triggers prowess and the [[Virtue of Loyaltly]] can be a nice finisher afterwards.

Check out my Untapped profile below and find the deck to see more about how it performed.

Archivist Value WOE Standard MTG Arena

Today we are going aggro in selesnya by building around [[Elvish Archivist]] which wants us to be playing artifacts to pump it up and enchantments to draw cards. In order to enable this and function as removal we are playing both [[Glass Casket]] and [[Ossification]]. Another card that wants us to be playing artifacts is [[Teething Wurmlet]] in order to get +1/+1. Since we have a +1/+1 counter theme we are also playing awesome uncommon [[Botanical Brawler]], [[Quirion Beastcaller]], and [[Ozolith, the Shattered Spire]]. Finally to top of our curve we are playing 4 copies of [[Steel Seraph]] another awesome card that can gain us life against mono red, sneak in damage by giving flying, and play around [[The Wandering Emperor]] by giving vigilance. What the video to see this deck rampage on the ladder!

Thieving Etali | WOE Standard | MTG Arena

Today we are playing around with [[Etali, Primal Conqueror]] and it's enter the battlefield ability that allows us to find the next nonland card from the top of our opponents library and our own to cast free spells from our opponents library. The plan is to find [[Etali, Primal Conqueror]] with a bunch of draw and discard. In order to speed up the process of getting Etali on the battlefield we have [[Invoke Justice]] to reanimate Etali. Once we get Etali on the battlefield the plan from there is to hopefully keep hitting blink spells like [[Swift Spiral]], [[Planar Incision]], [[The Eternal Wanderer]], and [[Guardian of Ghirapur]] so we can blink [[Etali, Primal Conqueror]] and keep chaining together more spells! [[Virtue of Knowledge]] is another notable inclusion because both the enchantment and instant [[Vantress Visions]] can be useful for doubling up any of the triggers in the deck.

Today we are remixing a deck created by @StriderStone which is a [[Virtue of Strength]] deck built around casting [[White Sun's Twilight]] and hasting the mites in for lethal poison with [[Bitter Reunion]]. In our brew we focus on just boros lands and add [[One With The Multiverse]] as another reanimator payoff. We have 3 copies of [[Depopulate]] to help us stall the game while we assemble all the pieces. Watch the video to see this toxic combo in action!

Worlds Cauldron Combo | WOE Standard | MTG Arena

Today we are trying out the [[Agatha's Soul Cauldron]] combos from the 2023 Magic Worlds Championship (https://magic.gg/news/the-8-spiciest-decks-at-magic-world-championship-xxix). While the deck lists did not make the top 8 there is still potential to have some fun with them (https://mtgazone.com/2023-magic-world-championship-xxix-top-8-standard-decklists/). The combo generates infinite mana with [[Sleep-Cursed Faerie]] + [[Kami of Whispered Hopes]] abilities or [[Sleep-Cursed Faerie]]] + [[Omen Hawker]] + [[Training Grounds]]. [[Agatha's Soul Cauldron]] and [[Patchwork Crawler]] are vital to stacking these abilities together. [[Hypnotic Grifter]] is a huge payoff for infinite mana because it's an activated ability that allows us to draw throw our deck and dump cards into our graveyard. [[Rona, Herald of Invasion]] and [[Fauna Shaman]] serve basically the same purpose as the Grifter, allowing us to discard and find card from our deck. Lastly, we use [[Realm-Scorcher Hellkite]]'s activated ability to ping our opponents down for the win using the infinite mana we generate.

Serving Up Wins with Simic Goose Food | WOE Standard | MTG Arena

Today we are taking a look at [[The Goose Mother]] and trying out something different than the way I have seen most people play the card. We are not planning on ramping and trying to cast the card for a ton of mana, but instead we are trying to go low and aggro with it. To accompany [[The Goose Mother]] with more food synergies we are playing [[Syr Ginger, the Meal Ender]], [[Welcome to Sweettooth]], [[Tough Cookie]], [[Candy Trail]], and [[Hamlet Glutton]]. [[The Goose Mother]] works well with [[Syr Ginger, the Meal Ender]] because it gives us a way to trigger Syr Ginger for free. Same goes for the [[Hamlet Glutton]] which also just serves as a big body. Lastly, we have [[Teething Wurmlet]] since we will have so many artifacts entering the battlefield, and [[Tranquil Frillback]] is or green swiss-army knife for whatever the opponents might be doing.

Check out my Untapped profile below and find the deck to see more about how it performed.

Gumdrop Drain | WOE Standard | MTG Arena

Today we are spicing up mono black by building around the new adventure creature [[Gumdrop Poisoner]]. Using cards like [[Okiba Reckoner Raid]], [[Life of Toshiro Umezawa]], [[Phyrexian Fleshgorger]], and [[Sheoldred, The Apocalypse]] we can passively gain life to enable [[Gumdrop Poisoner]]'s ETB trigger, hopefully turning it into a better [[Ravenous Chupacabra]] where it removes a creature when it enters. Now since we will be gaining more life than we know what to do with we can spend it on cards like [[Phyrexian Arena]], [[Evolved Sleeper]], [[Sorin the Mirthless]], and [[Tenacious Underdog]]'s blitz cost to draw more cards.

Simic Sextuplets | WOE Standard | MTG Arena

Today we are seeing if we are we can make [[Gruff Triplets]] into Gruff Sextuplets with the power of clones ([[Undercover Operative]]). This deck plays a bit like a simic tempo deck where we try to ramp an slow down our opponent with [[Fading Hope]]. Then when we resolve [[Gruff Triplets]] or [[Fetch Quest]] we can try and protect our board from sweepers with [[Disdainful Stroke]] and [[Ice Out]]. Notably [[Ice Out]]'s bargain can allow us to sacrifice a triplet token to grow our board. [[Silver Scrutiny]] is our last out if we can't find our Triplets with [[Bramble Familiar]] as we can draw a bunch of cards to dig for action.

Notably [[Ice Out]]'s bargain can allow us to sacrifice a triplet token to grow our board. [[Silver Scrutiny]] is our last out if we can't find our Triplets with [[Bramble Familiar]] as we can draw a bunch of cards to dig for action.

Virtue of Urabrask | WOE Standard | MTG Arena

Today we are seeing if we are trying out [[Virtue of Courage]] in boros colors. We are splashing white for the new [[Heartflame Duelist]] which is a nice addition to this deck as it functions as both a creature on the board that empowers our burn spells and a burn spell which is important for when we need to send that last bit of damage to face or need exile more cards off our [[Virtue of Courage]]. Additionally, we are splashing white for [[Restless Bivouac]] a nice duel colored creature land for when we need to finish off our opponent who just swept the board. [[Kessig Flamebreather]] functions similarly to [[Urabrask]] in this deck empowering our spells to do even more damage as we keep casting them.

Thunderous Fight | WOE Standard | MTG Arena

Today we are seeing if we can break [[Thunderous Debut]] by using it in tandem with [[Fight Rigging]]. Casting [[Thunderous Debut]] off of [[Fight Rigging]] guarantees we have an enchantment to bargain off of, allowing us to look through the top 20 cards of our library and slam the two best creatures onto the battlefield like [[Titan of Industry]] and [[Phyrexian Fleshgorger]]. Wilds of Eldraine also introduced adventures back into standard which is another modal card type which works great with [[Fight Rigging]] giving more hits to cast off of the hideaway. A good example of this is [[Bramble Familiar]] which if cast off of [[Fight Rigging]] can you find us a big creature off of the top seven cards of our library. Besides all this our backup plan is simply to grind with [[Mosswood Dreadknight]], [[Blossoming Tortoise]] and reanimate with [[Diregraf Rebirth]].
