I knew when I saw Double Down in previews I wanted to make an izzet pirates deck that used it; doubling Reckless Lackey, Spyglass Siren, and Staunch Crewmate is a great source of card advantage. Doubling up Kitesail Larcenist clears creatures out fast. Scorching Shot, Lightning Strike, and Play with Fire back everything up, burning through any resistance.
