Here’s a brief explanation of what each card in the decklist you provided does:
Brineborn Cutthroat: A creature card with Flash that gets stronger whenever you cast a spell during an opponent’s turn.
Brazen Borrower: A creature card with Flash and Flying that can also be cast as an instant spell to return a nonland permanent an opponent controls to their hand.
Frilled Mystic: A creature card with Flash that counters a spell when it enters the battlefield.
Nightpack Ambusher: A creature card with Flash that creates a Wolf token during your end step if you didn’t cast a spell this turn. It also gives other Wolves and Werewolves +1/+1.
Spectral Sailor: A creature card with Flash and Flying that can draw you a card for an additional cost.
Make Disappear: An instant spell that returns target creature to its owner’s hand and mills its controller for two cards.
Tyvar’s Stand: An instant spell that gives target creature +X/+X until end of turn. If it’s legendary, it also gains hexproof and indestructible until end of turn.

Sandstalker Moloch: Flash. When Sandstalker Moloch enters the battlefield, if an opponent cast a blue and/or black spell this turn, look at the top four cards of your library. You may reveal a permanent card from among them and put it into your hand.
