King of the Oathbreakers is a new card from Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle Earth that has a gnarly interaction alongside Horobi, Death's Wail. It basically negates most of the downside inherent on Horobi and supercharges all your targeted spells by turning them into both kill spells for your opponent's things and protection spells for your spirits. Truly insane stuff that would be a blast to build around in EDH.
