Tier: 9MTG Standard Players Beware This 2 Card Combo is a Game Changer
With the upcoming release of Foundations, there is a new 2 card combo coming to MTG Standard in paper and on MTG Arena. This infinite life gain / drain loop is built around the new mythic Bloodthirsty Conqueror paired with an existing card Enduring Tenacity. With both cards in play, you just need to either gain a life or have opponent lose a life an a loop will commence and drain out your opponent. This is akin to the commander / EDH combo of sanguine bond and exquisite blood. This combo can be placed into either a life gain shell or even something like a bat tribal deck. Wizards went as far as even allowing the combo to take place in limited / draft where the conqueror can loop with Marauding Blight-Priest which is seeing a reprint.
