The new Markhov Baron grants our vampires +1/+1, can be cast when discarded with Liliana of the Veil for it's madness cost and has lifelink, which can really contibute to the win rate against mono red aggro, which is huge in the best of one meta right now.
Near the top we have Stoke the Flames to win the game even when the opponent stabilizes with a big creature. We also have Anje, Maid of Dishonor to generate some blood tokens and use them to drain the opponent to zero health.
