Kona, Rescue Beastie can do some incredibly power things, letting you put any permanent from your hand onto the battlefield if it is tapped during the 2nd main phase, however instead of building a greedy deck filled with a bunch of huge, uncastable cards, we're playing Phyrexian Fleshgorger and Virtue of Persistence to have giant things we can play for free without destroying our mana curve.

Years ago when Explorer was first added to Magic Arena I played Selesnya Angels with only 2 Bishop of Wings. While the deck was still powerful, it was very inconsistent and I didn't like the deck very much. 2 years later I've added the full 4 copies of Bishop of Wings, so let's see how this deck is SUPPOSED to perform.
